With its extensive coastline, there are so many water activities for visitors to Phillip Island to enjoy.
Kayaking is a great activity which can be enjoyed by visitors of all ages. Kayaking can be enjoyed on a self-guided tour, or on an organised tour where you will get the very best out of your kayaking experience on Phillip Island.
Phillip Island Kayaking & Kayak Hire Adventures
Before your kayaking tour commences, you will be given details about the schedule for the day including information about breaks, distance and scenic spots around the area. You will also be given a safety briefing from your experienced instructor. Most novice kayakers will be paired with a paddle partner in the one kayak which will significantly reduce your workload. For more experienced kayakers, you can also paddle in a single kayak should you so choose.
On your kayak tour, you will paddle pas huge granite cliffs near Woolami Waters and will be able to spot heaps of marine sea life including seals, penguins and maybe even dolphins if you are lucky. Some tours take you past the Rhyll Wetlands, Churchill Island and Cape Woolamai, so check with the tour operator before you book to discuss the appropriate tour for you.
Hi, we would like to book a ‘Kayaking around Phillips Island’ tour but can’t seem to find it after we click on the booking button. Please advise if it is possible to arrange a private kayak tour for the 2 of us on the 21st of November.
